A note from the artist Emily Lex
I just adore making things that help you enjoy the regular parts of life just a little bit more. Whether it's writing a note, planning your day, making space to be creative or simply remembering what's true, I hope you are delighted and encouraged by all we offer at Emily Lex Studio.
You can find our products at Magnolia Market, Anthropologie, and local retail shops everywhere.
I painted from this on my flight to Budapest. It is easy, relaxing and very well done. Emily is very talented.
Excellent! I have tried for years to watercolor. I can actually follow this and feel a sense of accomplishment.
I am new at watercolors, and the instructor commented my trouble was drawing/sketching. I plan to take a course in composition, but for now, I am in love with playing with how the colors blend and do their thing on paper. I have a lot of bloopers, and I am getter better! I will purchase more books in the future.
I’m nowhere near what I would call myself an artist I’m just now trying to learn how to use watercolors. So fun and relaxing to see it Come together. I referred like three of my friends who have bought books as well. It’s gonna be fun to compare our work.
I ordered 2 watercolor books one being the garden and the other animals. I gave to our twin granddaughters, and they loved them. They did all of the paintings in a weekend, as they couldn't put it down. Great way to learn to watercolor!
